Class X Felony Conference Continued

On Tuesday, a negotiated plea conference in the criminal case of Jesse Woolford, age 28, of Greenville, was continued once again in Bond County Circuit Court.

Woolford is charged with drug induced homicide in the April death of Tishelle of Greenville.

The first negotiated plea conference was scheduled for May 30. At Tuesday’s court session, Woolford’s attorney advised she needed more time to review the discovery documents.

The negotiated plea conference was rescheduled for July 3. The case has also been placed on the August 20 trial docket.

The defendant has pleaded not guilty to the Class X felony charge.

It is alleged that on April 21 Woolford delivered Fentanyl, a controlled substance, to Riggins and she died early that day as a result of inhaling a portion of that drug.
