Greenville Firefighters responded Thursday, at 10:54 p.m., to a report of a car fire at a residence on College Avenue.
According to the fire report, the car was in a driveway and the fire was in the engine compartment. Firefighters extinguished the fire.
The cause is thought to be electrical and damage is estimated at more than $1,000.00. No injuries were reported.
They were on scene about half an hour.
