The Bond County Highway Department is closing Hastings Cemetery Avenue, between Newport Road and the Woburn Road, Monday, July 23, from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., for a cross culvert replacement. The culvert replacement is about half a mile west of the Woburn Road.
