He was born on Saturday, March 07, 1959, in Louisville, KY, the son of Owen and Sue Francis (nee McGinnis) Sanford.
On Friday, December 12, 2014, he married Susie Sanford nee Mehrhoff at Highland, IL, who passed away on Thursday, February 26, 2015.
Born at Louisville, KY, and grew up there. He moved to Highland, IL, several years ago. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, music, spicy foods and drawing.
