Marie E. Stallard, age 95 of Highland, IL, died Friday, December 21, 2018, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL.
She was born on Saturday, May 05, 1923, in Wetaug, IL, the daughter of Emile and Bertha (nee Barnhart) Schnaare.
On Monday, September 11, 1944, she married William J. Stallard at Riverside, CA, who passed away on Wednesday, November 09, 2011.
She was a member of Evangelical United Church of Christ, Highland, IL.
Mrs. Stallard was born at Wetaug, Pulaski County, Illinois. She and her husband traveled as he spent time in the U.S. Air Force. Mrs. Stallard and her husband had lived in Highland for many years. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, garage sales, babysitting, chocolate and spoiling her grandchildren.

Arrangements are being handled by Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 27, 2018, at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.
Memorial Service will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 27, 2018, at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL, with Rev. Will VerDuin, Associate Pastor, Evangelical United Church of Christ, Highland, IL, officiating.
Private Interment will be at Robinson Cemetery in Pocahontas, IL.
