Girl Scouts Collect Used Mascara Wands

Local Girl Scouts are collecting used mascara wands to donate to the Wands for Wildlife project in North Carolina.

Wands for Wildlife takes care of wild animals that need rehabilitation. The wands are great for removing fleas, fly eggs, and larva because the bristles are so close together and soft.

Used mascara wands are being collected at Watson’s Health Mart Drug Store and Capri IGA in Greenville.
