A recent St. Louis Cardinals pitcher will be the guest at Wednesday’s Greenville Chamber of Commerce noon baseball luncheon at Donnewald Distributing.
Brad Thompson will answer questions from the audience and sign autographs.
He pitched for the Cardinals from 2005 through 2009 and was a member of the 2006 World Championship team.
Thompson remains very busy as a co-host of a radio show on ESPN radio in St. Louis, and a member of the Cardinals television broadcasting team on Fox Sports Midwest.
He said he appreciates the St. Louis Cardinals organization, which has provided him many opportunities as a player, alumni, and as a broadcaster.

The former big league pitcher looks forward to being with fans from the Greenville area. He said it will be an honor to be amongst the fans. He pointed out the difference in hanging out with fans in a small group vs. talking to his large broadcast audience.
