The man accused of allegedly setting a fire at the HSHS Holy Family Hospital Auxiliary Thrift Shop on April 22 was in Bond County Circuit Court last week.

Nathan W. Duff, age 20, of Greenville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing, pleaded not guilty to arson and demanded a trial by jury. A trial date has been scheduled for July22 with a pre-trial hearing on July 10.

By agreement of the state and defense, a negotiated plea conference has also been scheduled for June 19.
