HSHS Holy Family Hospital recently presented a monetary donation in excess of $300 to The Simple Room in Greenville, IL. Holy Family Hospital colleagues held a raffle to raise the money for the donation.
“We were excited to raise money to support The Simple Room,” said Tera Scroggins, RN and spirit team leader at HSHS Holy Family Hospital. “They provide such a wonderful program for the children in our community, and we know our donation will be valuable to them and the children who utilize their service.”
The Simple Room provides growth and development programs for the local youth at no charge. During the school year, they serve 90 children per month within the 13 programs they offer. For more information about the Simple Room, visit www.SimpleRoom.org.
