Many residents very well remember Dairy Day in Greenville, held every June several years ago.
Well, it’s coming back in an expanded event.
June is dairy month and the dairy industry in Bond County will once again be celebrated in festival form.
Greenville Tourism Director Jes Adam said many people enjoyed the event in years past. This year it will be a two-day event, including square dancing, kids’ activities, food booths and vendors Friday. Saturday will feature games, contests, live music, an ice cream making contest, a milking contest, and more.
