Members of the South Central Conference champion Greenville High School baseball Comets have received honors for their outstanding season.
First team all-conference players were outfielder Logan Doll, infielder Drew Frey and pitcher Brock Nelson.
Selected to the second team were pitcher Hunter Gray, catcher Jonathan Barnes, outfielder Mason Johnson and infielder Brock Nelson.
The Comets finished first in the conference with a 9-0 record.
Head Coach Todd Hutchinson handed out team awards.

Drew Frey led the team in quality at-bats, run production with 70 runs scored and RBIs, on-base percentage, and combined on-base/slugging percentage.
Brock Nelson received pitching honors for first pitch strikes at 69 percent and earned run average at 2.42.
Hunter Gray earned the infielder Gold Glove Award, Mason Johnson, who did not commit an error, received the outfield Gold Glove Award, and catcher Jonathan Barnes was presented the Defensive Captain Award as the team’s defensive leader.
For the season, the Comets won 21 games and lost only 9.
