Two people have been charged in a Madison County case of alleged abuse and assault of a minor.
On June 23, Anderson Hospital contacted Troy Police Department with a report of sexual abuse to a minor. The victim was then transferred to Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital for further evaluation. Due to the age of the victim, the State’s Attorney desire to maintain their privacy and additional information regarding the victim will not be released.
40 year old Matthew S Miller, of St. Louis, has been charged with 3 counts of alleged Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a child, 3 counts of alleged Class 3 Aggravated Battery and 1 count of alleged Class X Aggravated Battery. His bond is set at $1,000,000 and is facing a minimum of 50 years in prison.
31 year old Lacey N. Take, of Troy, has been charged 1 count of Alleged Permitting Sexual Abuse of a Child and 2 counts of alleged Child Endangerment. Her bond is set at $500,000.
