Bond County Fair & Jr. Miss Candidates

The 2019 Bond County Fair queen and junior miss pageant is Monday, August 5 at the grandstand.

There are five candidates for fair queen and 12 for junior miss.

The queen candidates are Katelyn Dugan, Shelbi McCray, Cameryn Gan, Katilyn Rench, and Maddison Zbinden.

Dugan and Rench are from Mulberry Grove, and McCray, Gan and Zbinden are from Greenville.

12 girls are running for junior miss. They are Lexie Kruep, Jaclyn Robertson, Callye Earnest, Madalyn Carter, Lily Johnson, Cortney Stewart, Madison Roy, Emma Haller, Jillian Elam, Laia Klein, Adrianna Lohman, and Abbie Hoffman.

Kruep, Robertson, Earnest, Carter, Johnson and Stewart are from Mulberry Grove, Haller is from Pocahontas, Elam is from Sorento, and Roy, Klein, Lohman and Hoffman are from Greenville.

Pageant Coordinator Brooke Earnest said half of the 12 junior miss candidates were in last year’s pageant. She also said the girls have been practicing over a month.
