Saturday afternoon at Fourth Fest in Greenville, music fans were treated to a solo performance by Pat Liston.
Guitarist and lead singer in the nationally-known St. Louis band, Mama’s Pride, Liston has being doing solo shows since 2003. Mama’s Pride was formed in 1972 and toured with some of the big names in music over the years. The group also released three national albums.
In 1978, Mama’s Pride was the backing band for Greg Allman’s tour.
Jeff Leidel spent some time talking to Liston about his music and his upcoming show in Greenville.
