McCray Crowned Fair Queen, Lohman Junior Miss

The first Junior Miss in Bond County history is the new Bond County Fair queen.

Shelbi McCray was crowned the 2019-20 queen during the Bond County Fair Pageant Monday night.

She is the 19-year old daughter of Gerald and Crystal McCray of rural Greenville.

The new Bond County Fair Junior Miss is Adrianna Lohman of Greenville, the 13-year-old daughter of Kimberly Knight and the late Todd Lohman.

In the Queen Pageant, Kaitlyn Rench was first runner-up and Miss Congeniality, Cameryn Gan was Miss Photogenic, Maddison Zbinden won the Richard and Judy Debatin Participation Award and Katelyn Dugan won the People’s Choice Award.

Shelbi McCray, who was 2014 junior miss, was emotional when she heard her name announced as queen.

In the Junior Miss Pageant, Cortney Stewart was first runner-up, Jillian Elam was Miss Congeniality, Callye Earnest was Miss Photogenic, Madalyn Carter won the People’s Choice Award and Laia Klein received the Diane Jackson Participation Award.

New Junior Miss Adrianna Lohman couldn’t believe it when her name was read.

Other junior miss contestants were Lily Johnson, Madison Roy, Emma Haller, Jaclyn Robertson, Abbie Hoffman, and Lexie Kruep.

Participating throughout the pageant were retiring Queen Kallie Gan and retiring Junior Miss Dakota Kruep.
