Greenville Police August Activity Report

The August report of the Greenville Police Department has been released.

There were 6 arrests on felony charges and 2 misdemeanor case arrests.

Officers also arrested seven individuals on warrants.

Four traffic tickets were issued.

Police also responded to 46 requests to unlock vehicles, made 7 other motorist assists, discovered three unlocked businesses at night and checked on 17 burglar alarms sounding.

The Governor Bond Lake officer patrolled the lake 105 hours last month.

He estimated there were 181 users. Three verbal warnings were issued.
