GU Football Team Falls In Minnesota

The Greenville University football team is 2-2 after making a return trip to Minnesota last Saturday.

Martin Luther College defeated Greenville 43-14.

The home team built a 20-0 lead before the Panthers got on the scoreboard with a one-yard TD run by Christian Moss. GU’s second touchdown came in the second half when George Harris and Kyler Henson teamed up for a 17-yard pass completion.

The Panthers’ Paul Garrett led all players with 151 yards rushing. Moss had seven yards on three carries.

The football Panthers are back at home Saturday, hosting Westminster at 1 p.m.
