Bond County Circuit Clerk Rex Catron announces the petit jury, scheduled to convene on Monday, September 23, has been cancelled.
Jurors do not need to report on that date.
Catron said the next jury trials are set for the week of November 4, and jurors should mark that date on their calendars.
