Greenville High School is hosting a Class 2A volleyball regional later this month.
Six teams, three from the South Central Conference and three from Clinton County, are in the regional.
Play begins Monday, October 28 with Carlyle against Trenton Wesclin at 5:30 p.m. and Hillsboro against the Greenville Lady Comets about 6:30 p.m.
The Monday night winners advance to the semifinals on Tuesday, October 29. Breese Central plays the winner of the Carlyle-Wesclin match at 5:30 p.m., followed by Staunton against the winner of the Greenville-Hillsboro match.
The regional championship match is Thursday, October 31 at 6 p.m.
The annual Greenville-Vandalia Volley For The Cure will be at GHS on Thursday, October 24. Funds will be raised for the Lemuel Rhodes Cancer Foundation.
