Masonic Lodge Awards

Greenville Masonic Lodge #245 will be presenting its first special awards during the annual fundraising spaghetti supper on Saturday, November 2.

The supper is from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Greenville First United Methodist Church on South Second Street.

At 6 p.m., two newly-created awards will be presented. The Community Builders Award will be given to Wes Pourchot of rural Greenville.

Galen Isringhausen, master of the Greenville Lodge, said Pourchot was immediately thought of for the community honor. He said Pourchot has helped numerous organizations for many years with his fundraising cookouts.

The Lodge Builder Award will go to Tim Duft.

Isringhausen said Duft has not only been a longtime member, but has been an important part of sustaining the local lodge.

The supper and awards are in the church gymnasium.
