Panther Palooza Friday

The Greenville University Homecoming Panther Palooza is Friday in downtown Greenville.

The university and Greenville are teaming up for a festive event.

Following the 4:30 p.m. homecoming parade, downtown will come alive with a variety of activities.

While the focus will be at the university’s new SMART Center, there will be plenty to do elsewhere.

Elaine McNamara, director of the SMART Center, said the festivities will include a preview of the new restaurant located in the Center. There will be a human foosball court at the intersection of College Ave. and Second Street, many vendors, live music in the SMART Center, and fun for the kids.
