The team, under the direction of head coach Buddy Foster and assistant coach Kylie Grant, posted a team GPA of 3.78, tying for the top position with Johnson & Wales of Providence, R.I.

The program featured 14 student-athletes as All-America Scholar-Athletes. The list included Amanda Atteberry, Megan Barrett, Alyssa Delgado, Kendall Farr, Deidra Holzhauer, Beth Mersinger, Katie Myers, Caitie Opp, Olivia Shipman, Cayla Speaks, Maegan Stone, Lauren Wilson, Karissa Woody, and Kayla Zimmerman.

Every student-athlete on the Greenville roster was an All-America Scholar-Athlete which recognized those who earned a GPA of 3.50 or higher over the 2018-19 academic year.

In the spring, 10 of these students were named to the SLIAC all-academic team for a career GPA of greater than 3.50. First year student-athletes at SLIAC institution – freshmen and transfers – are not eligible for the SLIAC all-academic team.
