Items are being collected for the annual Operation Care Package Program, conducted by the Military Mom’s of Bond County.
Randi Workman is overseeing the program this year and told us the group collects a variety of items, including drinks, snacks, and personal items, along with letters from local school kids. The care packages are sent to local troops stationed overseas and in the US.
The collection is underway now through November 15th. Care packages will be assembled November 16, starting at 9 AM in the Greenville High School library.
