Mulberry Grove Unit 1 Report Card


The Illinois State Board of Education recently released report cards for school districts in the state.

A review of the Mulberry Grove Unit 1 report card shows the district received good marks.

The Mulberry Grove District has three attendance centers at one location in the village.

The Mulberry Grove Elementary School, junior high and high school all received “commendable” designations from the state. That is one level below the top designation of exemplary.

The summative designations are given for how schools are meeting the needs of all students, based on eight indicators of academic success.

The report card also gives the per pupil expenditure for each school.

The figures are $9,369 for Mulberry Grove Elementary, $8,025 for Mulberry Grove Junior High and $8,644 for Mulberry Grove High School.
