Closings & Cancellations For Thursday, Jan 23

From the National Weather Service: "Mixed precipitation will change to rain by midday today across the region as temperatures rise into the mid to upper 30s. Then as colder air moves back into the region, the rain is forecast to change back to snow between 5 and 7 PM tonight. The snow will continue through the overnight hours and into Friday before tapering off Friday evening. Could see anywhere from a dusting of snow over southeast Missouri and southern Illinois to between 2 to 4 inches of snow over portions of central/northeast Missouri and west central Illinois."

Bond County Unit 2 schools are out today.

Mulberry Grove schools ARE IN SESSION today.

Hillsboro School District 3 schools have called off today.

Cornerstone Academy & Chrismont Schools in Nokomis are closed today.

The Greenville Chamber of Commerce State of the City/New Faces event scheduled for this morning has been postponed and will now be Tuesday, January 28 at 7:30 AM in the Bradford Community Building.

Kaskaskia College & all education centers will open at 10 AM today. All nursing clinicals are cancelled for today.

The HSHS Holy Family Hospital Auxiliary Thrift Shop will be closed today.
