Due to COVID-19, athletic events in Bond County Community Unit 2 have been postponed for this week.
The district administration will allow sports practices to start on Thursday and competitions can resume Monday, August 31.
The Greenville Junior High baseball team missed a game scheduled for Monday and two games set for Saturday have been postponed.
The Greenville High School girls golf team was to play Monday, Tuesday and Thursday of this week; the boys golf team Tuesday and Thursday; and the girls tennis team Monday and Thursday.
