The Greenville Planning Commission will meet Monday, March 22 at 6 p.m. to consider two requests.
Both are from Z-1 Properties LLC.
A public hearing will be conducted by the commission.
Z-1 Properties LLC is asking to add “surface parking, open” as a conditional use in a neighborhood zone of the city’s Unified Development Code.
The other request seeks a conditional use permit to construct and operate an open parking facility at 702 White Avenue, which is at the intersection of White Street and Washington Avenue.
