At recent meetings, the Bond County Community Unit 2 Board of Education has taken action on personnel items.
Elizabeth Williams-Provost was hired as the district’s accounts payable administrative assistant. Michelle Richmond was approved as a special education paraprofessional for the remainder of the school year.
Angie Brentlinger was hired as interim treasurer of the district at a rate of $500 per month, and Allyson Haberer is the new head volleyball coach at Pocahontas School.
The board accepted the resignations of Mary Joyce as a school bus driver and Diana Scharp as a special education paraprofessional.
Leaves of absence were approved for Todd Hutchinson, Deborah Evans, Brittany Paradee, and Emilee Niemeier.
