The 2021 Bond County Canned Food Drive was very successful.
Food baskets were distributed on Saturday to 200 individuals or families that had signed up for them.
Becky Blackburn, an organizer of the event, said there was plenty of food this year, and the leftover food was donated to the Bond County Food Pantry and used to fill the Blessing Boxes at local churches.
