City Police Make Arrest

Greenville Police and the Bond County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant about 10 p.m. Thursday in the 700 block of South Second Street in Greenville. The warrant was obtained as part of a narcotics investigation.

Entry was made and three subjects were detained.

After the residence was searched, one female was arrested. Angela M. Bone, age 36, of Greenville, was taken into custody for alleged unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a hypodermic syringe/needle and possession of a firearm by a felon.

She was being held at the Bond County Jail.

The other two subjects were released without charges.

The police operation was conducted by the Bond County High Risk Team, which consists of members of the Bond County Sheriff’s Department and Greenville Police Department.
