The FNB Community Bank has informed the Greenville Chamber of Commerce that at least two Greenville businesses have recently received counterfeit $100 bills.
The marker that is used to test for counterfeit bills is not detecting them. They are the older style and so far all are dated 1990.
Businesses are urged to be careful and check $100 bills closely.
