The Kaskaskia College Board of Trustees approved several personnel actions during its August meeting, including the creation of a new position in the college’s agriculture program.
Trustees approved the creation of a Discipline Coordinator and Assistant Professor of Precision Agriculture position.
The board also approved the promotion of mathematics faculty member Josie Spihlmann from assistant professor to associate professor.
Three appointments were approved. Adam Heimann was named Trenton Education Center Coordinator, Sara Koopmann was appointed Administrative Assistant for Career and Technical Education and Industrial Trades, and Molly Green was named CNA Program Manager.
The Kaskaskia College Board of Trustees will next meet Monday, September 28, at 6:30 p.m. at the Greenville Education Center.
