Patsy L. Schwarm, age 69, of Highland, passed away Friday, December 12 at Saint Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville. Funeral services for 69 year old Patsy L. Schwarm will be Tuesday, December 16 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Congregational Church in Highland. A graveside service will be held Tuesday at 12:15 p.m. at Old Loogootee Cemetery in Farina, IL. Friends may call Monday from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland and Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to service time at the church. Memorials are suggested to Old Loogootee Cemetery, Highland Area Community Foundation, or the Schwarm Fund.
