Norma J. Meyer, age 80 of Edwardsville, IL, died Tuesday, June 02, 2015, at Boone Hospital in Columbia, MO.
She was born August 09, 1934, in Quercus Grove, IL, the daughter of John H. and Rosa B. (nee Rohrkaste) Klueter.
On September 12, 1959, she married Udell Henry Meyer who passed away December 26, 2014.
She was a member of Saint Paul Lutheran Church, Hamel, IL.
Mrs. Meyer was a 1952 graduate of Edwardsville High School. She retired from Hamel State Bank in 2002 after 11 years of service. She previously worked at Watson Lumber Company as an officer worker for years. She is very active with her own honey business which she has had for many years and is also active in Illinois State Bee Keeper Association, St. Clair Bee Keeper Association, a 4-H Leader for 37 years, Madison County Home and Community Education Association, Illinois Home and Community Education Association, Madison County Farm Bureau Women for Agriculture, Madison County Farmers Bureau Prime Timers, Alhambra Senior Citizens, Hamel Senior Citizens, and Pin Oaks Senior Citizens. She enjoyed playing cards, watching the St. Louis Baseball Cardinals and St. Louis Blues Hockey.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 06, 2015, at Saint Paul Lutheran Church in Hamel, IL., with Rev. Benjamin Ball, officiating.
Interment will be at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery in Hamel, IL.
