Michael D. Stueber, age 69 of Highland, IL, died Sunday, September 27, 2015, at Deceased’s Residence in Highland, IL.

He was born on Friday, February 22, 1946, in Highland, IL, the son of Bernell G. William and Violet F. (nee Hohrein) Stueber.

He was a member of Evangelical United Church of Christ, Highland, IL; and the Lee Iten Post 439-American Legion, Highland, IL.

Born and reared in Highland, IL; graduated from Highland High School in 1965. He served with the US Army at Fort Hood, TX. He worked at the Shell gas station, Highland; St. Joseph Hospital, Highland; Zurliene Trash Service; custodian at the Highland High School from June 1988 and retired June 30, 2008. He also worked with Kenny Kapp finishing concrete. He collected antiques.

Arrangements are being handled by Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, Illinois.

Graveside service will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 02, 2015, at Highland City Cemetery in Highland, IL, with Rev. Christopher W. Hill, Senior Pastor, Evangelical United Church of Christ, Highland, IL, officiating.

Interment will be at Highland City Cemetery in Highland, IL.
