Jody R. Eyman, age 54 of Keyesport, passed away Tuesday September 20, 2022, at her home.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 27, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Greenville. Interment will follow in Mt. Auburn Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. Memorials are to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church for VBS / Sunday School. Donnell – Wiegand Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Jody Ruth, the daughter of Larry M. and Janet K (Hemminghaus) Eyman, was born January 27, 1968, in Greenville. Jody grew up in Bond County, attended pre-school here and schools in Vandalia. She graduated in 1989.
Jody loved to color, listen to music, and she enjoyed having her nails painted. Jody helped her mom around the house and enjoyed being with family and friends. She was active in the special Olympics and has many trophies she was proud of. Jody was a faithful member of the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. Jody enjoyed being a part of the church, helping with any task needed and Vacation Bible School each year.
Surviving are her parents and brother Eric Eyman of Greenville, niece Kallye Gathe and husband Trevor, niece Hayley Eyman, niece Chloe Eyman, and nephew Nicholas Eyman. Great-aunt to Reed, Stella, and Maddox.
Family requests memorials to the church in lieu of flowers.
