Comets Soccer defeated Metro-East Lutheran 2-0 in the Regional Semi-finals. Silas Groves scored both goals with 19 and 17 minutes left in the game. Mathew James made one clutch save. Next game is the regional championship Saturday at 7:00 against East Alton Wood River at Metro-East Lutheran High School.
