The Greenville Comets record-setting basketball season came to an end Tuesday night with a loss to Mater Dei in the sectionals. The Comets lost 66-61 and finished the season with a record of 29-and-4.
Comets Head Coach Todd Cantrill told WGEL that the loss stings, but he’s very proud of the team and their accomplishments this season:
