Mulberry Grove Aces Baseball Falls in High Scoring Sectional Game

The Mulberry Grove Aces played a tough and high scoring Sectional game Thursday vs. Morrisonville. In a game broadcast live on WGEL Radio the Aces took an 11-4 lead into the bottom of the 5th inning. But Morrisonville was able to come back and take the lead after 9 runs in the 5th and another 2 runs in the 6th.

The Aces fought back with two runs of their own in the 7th but the game finished with Morrisonville winning 15-13. Morrisonville will play Okawville for the Sectional Championship Saturday at 1PM at Blackburn College.
