Thomas Signs To Play Tennis At KC

Anya Thomas, who recently graduated from Greenville High School, has signed a letter of intent to play tennis at Kaskaskia College.

A ceremony was held at the GHS gymnasium with her parents, Bill and Terri Thomas, K.C. Coach Joe Livesay and GHS girls tennis coach Vaughan Robart in attendance.

Pam Craig is the head coach at Greenville College.

Thomas was an all-conference player in doubles this past season and earned the Lady Comet’s MVP honor her junior year. She said playing tennis in college was a goal. Click below to hear more:

In her senior season, the Lady Comets had an outstanding team record of 14 and 4.
