The Kaskaskia College Men’s and Women’s Golf Program will host an Alumni and Friends Golf Outing on Saturday, August 27 at Greenview Golf Course in Centralia.
Due to the Illinois budget crisis, the Kaskaskia College Men’s and Women’s Golf teams will receive no funding for expenses for the 2016-17 season. Athletes, parents, coaches and members of the community are currently engaged in a number of fundraising activities to assist the team.
The tournament will be held at Greenview Golf Course in Centralia with a noon shotgun start. Entry includes 18 holes of golf with cart, pulled pork dinner, three drink tickets and one mulligan per team. In addition, there will be longest drive, straightest drive and closest to the pin prizes. Options include the purchase of up to three additional mulligans per team, skins, 50/50 putting contest and a betting hole. Dinner will be held immediately after the tournament. Entry fee for the 4-Person Scramble is $340 per team ($85 per golfer).
Hole sponsors for the tournament are also being sought with several options available: Gold Sponsor – $150; Silver Sponsor – $100; Bronze Sponsor – $75. Carts sponsors are also available for $50. Donations of any amount are appreciated!
