The roster for the Kaskaskia College Blue Angels Softball team is set for the upcoming season with the signing of Odin High School’s Kalyn Nalewajka. Nalewajka, a pitcher, is the daughter of Anthony and Lana Nalewajka and is coming to KC where she plans to enter the Criminal Justice program and is also excited to be playing at the college level.
Blue Angels Coach Torey Crowell said Nalewajka locates her pitches well and also hits well. “She is going to work out real well for us,” said Crowell. On hand for the signing was also Nalewajka’s high school coach, Dave Spears. “Kaylin is the ultimate team player,” said Spears. “She is a positive young lady who will play anywhere you want her.”
