The Greenville High School varsity cheerleading squad will compete in the Illinois High School Association sectional round Saturday in Peoria.
The Comets are in the small school division and perform at 9 a.m.
The state finals are scheduled for February 4 and 5 in Bloomington.
Greenville High School is the defending IHSA state champion in the varsity small school division.
