The eighth grade Greenville Blue Jays’ season came to an end Saturday in IESA regional play.
Greenville battled Staunton at East St. Louis Lincoln Saturday and lost 30-23. After defeating top-seeded Vandalia in the semifinals, Staunton was in the regional championship game against East St. Louis Lincoln.
