The girls’ soccer team at Greenville High played at home Tuesday in the first game of the season.
Breese Central defeated the home squad 4-0.
Freshman Ella Kleiner played goalie for the Lady Comets and made 10 saves in her first varsity action.
The Lady Comets host Wesclin Thursday, and play at Metro East Lutheran in Edwardsville on Friday.
