The Mulberry Grove High School Aces won the Patoka Volleyball Tournament last Saturday.
The Mulberry Grove High School girls won three of four matches to earn the first place plaque.
They beat Ramsey 25-23, 25-20; topped First Baptist Academy 25-9, 25-11 and defeated Sandoval 25-9, 25-11. The only loss was to Patoka 17-25, 23-25.
Members of the Aces’ squad are Callye Earnest. Abby Emig, Madison Hans, Annie Jackson, Lilly Johnson, Lola Johnson, Jenni Mezo, Nevaeh Rogers, Megan Schewe, Courtney Simpson, Emma Steiner, Taylor Stone, Genesis Williams and Alexis Willis.
Denyse Blankenship is volleyball head coach and the assistant is Chelsea Icenogle.
