Playing at home Monday night, the Greenville Lady Comets’ varsity volleyball team was defeated by Metro East Lutheran. Scores were 24-26, 18-25.
The junior varsity GHS girls lost 23-25, 19-25.
The freshman match went three games. The Lady Comets won the first game, 21-18, then dropped the next two and the match.
The GHS volleyball teams host Hillsboro Thursday night. The varsity Lady Comets play in a tournament in Carlinville Saturday.
