Today’s Salute to Service is Greenville’s newest police officer, Jared Kleinik.
Jared was sworn in last week and is currently in the police training academy.
Kleinik graduated from Greenville High School in 2012, then attended SIU-Edwardsville. He worked at Southwestern Illinois College in Belleville as a part-time non-commissioned officer and for the last six years has been a public safety officer at St. Louis University.
