The Bond County Lemuel Rhodes Cancer Foundation‘s annual Night To Honor & Remember will be Saturday, September 12 at the Bond County Courthouse.
Area residents are invited to gather, support those who are battling cancer and remember those who have lost the battle.
Patti Brooks, from the foundation’s fundraising team, talks about what is occurring Saturday.

Luminaries can be purchased for $5 apiece at the event. A dj will be playing music. Food will not be available at the site.
Brooks advised the foundation’s annual Survivor Dinner is on September 15.

The dinner, at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church Hall in Greenville, is free for each cancer survivor and one caregiver attending. The doors open at 5 p.m. and the meal is at 6.
